Renewed phones are inspected, cleaned, tested, and prepared for resale. Refurbished phones may also have repaired or replaced parts before completing the same functional checks. The product page shows the condition and specifications for the exact phone you are buying.
What checks are completed before a phone is listed?
We check the IMEI and account status, network readiness, display, cameras, speakers, buttons, charging port, charging behaviour, and battery performance before listing. Product-specific notes shown on the product page remain the final reference.
When will my order be dispatched, and how do I track it?
Processing starts after payment and stock are confirmed. Delivery timing depends on your location and selected delivery method. Sign in and open My Account > Orders to view the latest order and delivery progress.
How do I request warranty or after-sales support?
Sign in, open My Account > After-sales Service, choose the completed order, and submit the issue with supporting photos or video. The applicable warranty is the one shown on the product page and order details. WhatsApp support is also available from My Account.
